Evektor Harmony LSA gains approval certification from the CAA of Chile
The latest model of Evektor’s LSA product line – the Harmony LSA gains a Special Airworthiness Certificate from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of Chile on May 8, 2014. It is great information for flight training organizations, aeroclubs and private pilots in Chile who can now enjoy outstanding flight characteristics, low operating costs and flight schools proven excellent reliability of the Harmony LSA.
The first Harmony LSA, serial number 20141609, registration number CC-AMI, was delivered to Chile in March 2014. The aircraft attracted great interest of aeroclubs and private pilots at the first public presentation in Chile at the international air & space fair - FIDAE in Santiago – the main aerospace and defence exhibition in Latin America. Delivery of the Harmony LSA to Chile confirmed growing interest in Evektor aircraft in Latin America - today Evektor light sport aircraft are operated by private pilots and flight schools in Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Costa Rica.
The Harmony LSA CC-AMI is equipped with Dynon SkyView 10” EFIS and 7” EMS, integrated Dynon radio + transponder and Night VFR equipment package. The aircraft is operated by the company Aerocenter Chile based in Santiago – Evektor’s authorized sales representative and customer support center in Chile.
Harmony LSA is manufactured by Evektor-Aerotechnik, EASA Certified manufacturer with over 40 year experience, sales network in 50 countries globally and fleet of 1.200+ delivered aircraft. Beside production of two-seat airplanes for pilot training and pilot touring Evektor’s long-time experience in design and development of General Aviation airplanes has become a base for the latest company’s projects of 4-seat aircraft VUT100 Cobra and new generation twin engine turboprop EV-55 Outback for transportation of 9-14 passengers / cargo.
