Data administrator

Evektor, spol. s r.o. and Evektor-Aerotechnik is an administrator of your personal data which you have provided to those companies or which thouse companies acquired from you to fulfill one or more purposes. In cases where we collect personal data related to your communication or visit, you are always informed about the use of your data.

The data administrator collects and uses your data and he is also responsible for proper and lawful processing of this data. You can exercise your rights against the data administrator in the manner specified below.

Processed data

We only process such data which enable us to provide you with professional service and maintenance and which allows us to comply with our legal obligations and to protect our legitimate interests.

We primarily collect data about the users of our products and services, including potential clients who are interested in our services or whom we approached with our offer. Depending on the specific situation, we process data, for example, about customers, contact persons of companies, including their authorized employees, actual owners of companies and authorized persons.

Processed data purpose

We process your data to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose - for example, to enable us to provide you with the required service. Typically, this concerns the identification of your person. Obligation to process the data is determined by many legal regulations.

We need to process part of the data for archival purposes. We process some data because it is necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of both our company and third parties. However, the data processing for this reason is limited. We carefully examine whether there is a legitimate interest.

If you do not provide us with such data, we cannot provide you with the relevant product, service, or other fulfillment of requirements during which we require your personal data.

We transfer the data outside Evektor spol. s r.o. or Evektor-Aerotechnik, a.s. only if you request it, or if it is required by a legal regulation, or if it is necessary for the execution of service, and only if it is necessary to achieve any of the purposes specified above. We make sure that the external entity has the necessary professionalism and expertise in the relevant area and your data is processed by cooperating distributors and suppliers, who are required to ensure contractual confidentiality.

Maintenance of rights

We process your data in a transparent, correct and lawful manner. You have the right to access to your data, explanation, transfer, as well as other rights, if you suspect that the processing is not correct. You can also file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. You will exercise your rights without limitation.
