Aéroclub Royal Fès Saïss from Morocco receives SportStar RTC delivery
We are pleased to announce delivery of a brand new SportStar RTC training aircraft to “Aéroclub Royal de Fès Saiss” from Morocco. “Aeroclub Royal de Fès Saiss” is well established air club with long history from 70s, based at “Fès-Saiss International Airport” (FEZ). The air club operates fleet of general aviation aircraft and specialises in training of private pilots PPL(A) and aircraft renting.
SportStar RTC ferry flight from Evektor-Aerotechnik´s manufacturing plant in Kunovice in the Czech Republic to “Fès-Saiss International Airport” in Morocco took 16 hours of flight time, with a few stops on the way, entering African continent through Gibraltar channel and flown distance over 3000 km. The ferry flight was performed by the company ACR-Aviation which is Evektor-Aerotechnik´s authorized sales representative for Morocco, France, Belgium and Luxembourg. The SportStar RTC received a ceremonial welcome including water salute following to landing at “Aéroport de Fès Saiss”.
SportStar RTC, registration mark CN-PPL, has joined the training aircraft fleet of the Royal Fès Saiss Aeroclub, and with its modern design, low operating costs and globally flight school proven training platform represents the latest generation of training aircraft. CN-PPL is equipped with the latest Garmin G3X Glass Cockpit with Dual 10.6” Touch Screens, Dual ADAHRS and GPS modules, Synthetic Vision System, NAV/COM Garmin GNC 255 and GPS/WAAS ADS-B Out Garmin GTX335 Transponder.
The SportStar RTC is EASA certified aircraft for PPL and Night rating training, CPL single engine training and Solo time building in flight training organizations and air clubs. For pilot touring of private pilots the aircraft offers a spacious cabin, best in class useful load and range up to 1300 km.
